Lazymen Blues Band

Lazymen Blues Band is a blues trio from Tampere made up of experienced players.  The trio is led by singer-guitarist Riku Jokinen. The band also features bassist Sami Sarsama and drummer Vesa Salovius. The members started their joint journey in the fall of 2022. The trio plays rootsy guitar music with a tight groove and a modern touch – their own songs and selected covers from Hendrix to Gary Clark Jr. The band has already been seen at bluesfests several times in the summer of 2025, e.g. With beach and August blouses. “There’s a guaranteed live feel, groovy going and great playing.”
